Women’s anatomy of arousal
25 April 2026 | 7pm - location tbc

An educational and embodied exploration of women’s arousal, bridging anatomy, nervous-system science, and lived experience.

This workshop demystifies how arousal unfolds in the body, including the clitoris, vulva, pelvic floor, breath, and emotional context, and challenges common myths around desire and responsiveness.

Participants leave with greater body literacy, confidence, and compassion for their own rhythms of pleasure and arousal.

Cultivating a self-pleasure practice
20 June 2026 | 7pm - location tbc

This workshop supports women to develop a self-pleasure practice that is nourishing, conscious, and sustainable over time.

Rather than chasing intensity or outcomes, we explore presence, pacing, and self-trust, learning how to relate to desire, sensation, and rest in ways that honour the nervous system.

Ideal for those wanting to deepen their relationship with themselves and cultivate intimacy as an ongoing, self-led practice.

Exploring kink: safety, consent & choice
29 August 2026 | 7pm - location tbc

A clear, grounded introduction to light BDSM and kink through a somatic and sovereign lens.

Rather than focusing on extremes or performance, we explore how power, sensation, boundaries, and trust are experienced in the body, and how to engage with them safely and ethically.

Participants will learn foundational consent frameworks, nervous-system awareness, and language for choice and communication, supporting informed curiosity and self-led exploration.

Sensation play for erotic aliveness
24 October 2026 | 7pm - location tbc

For women seeking to bring more curiosity and play into their intimate lives, this workshop introduces sensation play as a somatic and relational practice.

Through guided education and optional experiential exercises, we explore how touch, pacing, and communication shape connection and arousal.

Emphasis is placed on attunement and consent, supporting experimentation that feels grounded, respectful, and enlivening.
